Send whatever you have: plans, elevations, photos, a description of the work, the project location, and your preferred timing. For a contractor bid, include the requested scope, material responsibility, and installation window if those details are available.

It is easier to fix the opening now than trim around it later.
If Jordan is brought in early, he can look at door openings, jamb depths, stair structure, wall alignment, and the planned finish details before the walls are closed. A short walkthrough can catch problems while they are still easier to correct.
